On 15 May, the ECB issued guidance to all cricket clubs on how we can make net facilities available for use, whilst complying with the government’s broader guidelines on social distancing. The Committee has reviewed the guidance and has established procedures and conditions of use which will allow members to use the nets in a way that is safe for everyone and is compliant with the guidance.

We appreciate that these procedures are very different to what we are used to and may seem a little excessive. However, it is vital for the reputation of the club and more importantly, the health of our members, that we comply with the ECB guidelines.
